Council Member Says he has the Votes to Stop Proclamation to Scuttle Proposed Senior Center in Highland

The Highland Town Council is expected to rescind an executive proclamation Council President Mark Schocke issued canceling the Ernie Strack Drive agreement attached to the proposed senior living center on Cline Avenue.
